چکیده

This study was conducted with root lesion nematodes Pratylenchus penetrans, P. thornei and neglectus three isolates of Fusarium culmorum culture filtrates (ISP, B4, FC5) in vitro conditions. The were diluted 1/0,1/10, 1/20, 1/30, 1/40, 1/50, 1/60, 1/70, 1/80, 90, 1/100 1.5 ml microtubes, 250 µl adult+larvae placed each microtubes that containing different concentrations filtrate 50 μl purified water together micropipette incubated at 25±1°C. Nematode mortality determined after 24 h, 48 h 72 h. As a result, effect FC5 to be high on nematode species. B4 ISP caused more deaths penetrans than P.thornei neglectus. It has been found rate increase over time vitro. lowest rates generally 1/90, while the highest 1/0 1/10. No difference detected between F. concentration. In study, antagonistic relationship from

interaction between barley lines / cultivars and isolates of fusarium culmorum

16 isolates of fusarium culmorum obtained from washington, north dakota and minnesota were tested for pathogenicity on five cultivars and lines: chevron, ci 9549, excel, karl, larker, morex, robust, m48, m66 and m69 were evaluated for reaction to the mixture of all isolates of the pathogen under field condition. the results of glasshouse test indicated that the isolates 10, 25 and 27 were the m...

Root - lesion nematodes

Nematodes are tiny but complex unsegmented roundworms that are anatomically differentiated for feeding, digestion, locomotion, and reproduction. These small animals occur worldwide in all environments. Most species are beneficial to agriculture. They make important contributions to organic matter decomposition and to the food chain. Some species, however, are parasitic to plants or animals. Pla...

Comparison of Fusarium Culmorum Isolates Associated with Virulence on Wheat

Fusarium culmorum is one of the most important causal agents of Fusarium head blight (FHB), results in yield and quality reductions and mycotoxin accumulation. It predominates on cereals in North-West of Turkey in cereal growing fields. In this research the aggressiveness among the F. culmorum isolates and reduction on yield was evaluated. Two wheat varieties (Golia and Ceyhan) and 16 isolates ...

Trichothecene mycotoxins from Fusarium culmorum cultures.

Chemical analysis of the culture filtrates of Fusarium culmorum CMI 14764 has demonstrated the presence of seven trichothecene mycotoxins. Major metabolites are 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol and 7 alpha, 8 alpha-dihydroxycalonectrin, with 3,15-diacetyldeoxynivalenol, deoxynivalenol, calonectrin, isotrichodermin and 12,13-epoxytrichothec-9-ene (EPT) as minor products. The occurrence of the rarely encou...
